Sophie Norman

As an Associate, Sophie works closely with Managing Director, Tony Phillips and Director Olivia Phillips.

Being innately organised, Sophie enjoys managing all of the variables, aligning and rearranging them in the most effective way possible. She has a particular interest in complex and high net worth property settlements and those involving third parties. Sophie is friendly and is always dedicated to ensuring that the needs of the people that we advise, care for and guide are always forefront.

A constant learner, Sophie completed a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations and Public Relations prior to completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and admission to the profession.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys health and wellness, including doing high intensity and group fitness training, Pilates and spending time at the beach with friends, family and her chocolate spoodle, Monte.

Sophie was recognised by her peers as a Rising Star in Family Law in Queensland in the 2024 Doyle’s Guide.

Sophie is also a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Queensland (FLPA). She holds the position of Early Career Member after being elected to the Board by her peers in 2024.
