Client Service Coordinator (professional services receptionist)

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Phillips Family Law team. We are looking for a new Client Services Coordinator to join our team.
The Client Services Coordinator is the face and the voice of our firm. As the first point of contact for all people who visit or contact our firm you will be the director of first impressions for our clients.
At Phillips Family Law we constantly strive to deliver client service excellence to all the people we are fortunate to assist.
This role requires you to have exceptional client service skills, excellent telephone manner and presentation, a professional and energetic attitude, as well as a welcoming, genuine, and empathetic nature.
Some of the key responsibilities in this role are:
- Managing all new client enquiries and coordinating client appointments
- Managing our phone lines and coordinating incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting all who attend our office, demonstrating the highest level of care and client service
- Diary management and co-ordination of meetings
- Supporting our team to provide excellent client service and develop and maintain relationship with our clients and our referral partners (other professionals), by assisting our team of lawyers to share information, arrange gifts and deliver other initiatives which demonstrate this extra level of care for those we work with.
An essential skill in this role is having a strong understanding of what excellent service is in today’s consumer environment, and most importantly, be able to demonstrate this.
Experience in a similar role within the legal industry is preferred, however if you have extensive client, or customer service experience skills, honed in other client services areas in a similar role, this would be very favourably considered.
