Elise Clowes

Having practiced as a family lawyer since her admission in 2017, Elise has a broad range of experience across financial matters, including those involving trusts, tax, third parties, international, and commercial considerations. Elise also has extensive experience in parenting matters, including preparation for and representation at dispute resolution and mediation, as well as advocating in Court where required.

Elise is naturally a strategic thinker whose strengths lie in identifying and distilling issues and creating a plan to find the best possible solution to their family law issues.

Elise gives pragmatic and holistic advice to achieve her client’s outcomes and looks at issues from multiple angles to progress negotiations and reach a resolution. It is this proactive approach to problem solving, paired with her ability to empathise and understand other’s perspectives, that her clients truly value.

The firm always takes a team approach, which Elise exemplifies through finding opportunities to collaborate with the firm’s Directors and other professionals, such as accountants and financial planners. She works to create a network of trusted advisors for the benefit of her clients, to provide them with informed choice about their options whilst keeping their goals at the forefront.

Outside of work, Elise enjoys pilates, cooking, and adventuring outdoors with her energetic labrador.
