He works hand in hand with estate planning lawyers and financial planners using Financial Agreements as part of asset protection strategies.

Tony also has a particular interest in children’s cases that involve relocation and parental alienation.

An Accredited Specialist in Family Law, a registered mediator and arbitrator, Tony sits on the Family Law Committee of the Queensland Law Society.

Tony’s approach and the enthusiasm for family law work is captured by the stream of referrals from satisfied clients and fellow lawyers, confident to place the requirements of family and friends in times of need in the hands of such a trusted and dedicated practitioner.

“As a family we would like to thank you for the very professional way you conducted the recent custody application. This was a really stressful time for us and the knowledge that we had the “best in the business” working on our behalf was very comforting. There is no doubt in our minds that Tony’s high standing in the community and Kristy’s well prepared submission played a major part in the best outcome we could have achieved. Once again, thank you.”

“There is no doubt that from the outset, Tony understood (better than I did) the need to ensure that I make a provision for my future. He was also aware that there was a commitment from both parties that the process be swift, amicable and with as little tension and animosity as possible.”
