OLIVIA PHILLIPS, LAWYER

Olivia has been working exclusively in family law since her admission to the legal profession in 2014. She has experience with a range of family law issues including property settlements, parenting disputes, financial agreements and spousal maintenance.

Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology in 2013. Prior to graduating Olivia spent her final year of study working as an Associate to His Honour Chief Judge O’Brien, Chief Judge of the District Court of Queensland.

Olivia provides vital assistance in the day to day management of files and ensures that clients are kept fully informed about the progress of their case at all times. Olivia places particular emphasis on the importance of building good rapport, listening to our clients and ensuring that there are involved in the process each step of the way.
