Grace Burgess-Limerick, Paralegal

The role of paralegal allows Grace to support the Phillips Family Law team in providing a sensitive and genuine environment in which clients are guided through legal processes. She seeks to provide an accessible and supportive point of contact for clients, ensuring each unique matter is approached in a way that recognises the client’s specific needs.

Grace is currently in her fourth year of an Arts (Philosophy)/Law Degree at the University of Queensland. Through her studies, she has developed a keen interest in Family Law and related areas, recently undertaking research into areas such as surrogacy and the concept of forgiveness. This has further led to her travelling abroad to the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science, where she completed a course in comparative human rights.

In her spare time, Grace is involved in extensive community-based projects, including Domestic Violence High School programs and Refugee Support Programs.
